SFL hereby presents the Dutch contribution to the report of the UNEP Inquiry into the Design of a Sustainable Financial System. The UNEP Inquiry has been initiated by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) to accelerate the transition to a green economy by better aligning the financial system to the resilience and the long-term success of the real economy. The UNEP Inquiry is intended to support such actions by identifying best practices, and exploring financial market policy and regulatory innovations worldwide. In collaboration with the Dutch financial sector, their role, and the role of policymakers and regulators in the transition towards a green and resilient economy, are explored.
